Great show from the GB team to get that Bronze!! Silver would have been better.... but a great result anyway

What reason was the protest under as only just seen with now have bronze

It was about a dismount from the pummel horse. Basically the guy didn't dismount as well as he wanted to and lost points (which took them to 4th) but the judges took more points off him than they should have done for his error, so they complained and got the appeal and went back up to 2nd.

Not good news for the Singapore womens badminton team (I think it was them). Why would you purposely lose. Not good for the whole Olympic spirit and gamesmanship eh

If you could bypass a harder team by losing to give you a chance, I would do it for a chance of gold..
