«

Just had a call off the missus to say her golfs struggling to start and when it does eventually go it stinks of petrol and has lost power.
I'm away at work till Friday so have any of you guys had the same or can you point me in the right direction as what to be looking out for when I get back.
Any help is much appreciated.

could be the fuel pump, plugs, coils, starter.
Check it for codes and go from there..

its flooding with fuel by the sounds of it, so I'd start with the spark..

Managed to have a quick look, checked coils and there ok, changed plugs so I'll see what she says about it later.
