theres a number of posts for this already, mainly take your air filter out n make sure its dry, find all the drain nipples, front door hinges, under rear bumper, air vents next to rear drain nipples if sunroof, and finally remove all your door cards and butyl seal around the inner card finally pull up carpet and drain your lagoons, should sort it out, also check the accelerator feed as the rubber grommit may of moved.

just a checklist i went through yesterday

I had this a few months ago mate. Take your front wipers off remove the scuttle pannel and check where the hinges of the bonnet are theres normall aload of crud in the wing so stops the water draining properly. Well thats the point i would check first before taking all the door cards off :D hope this works for you mate.

Pollen filter, not air filter  haha

If no luck with underneath the scuttle, maybe its the window regulater panel thats leaking in behind the door card?

had this last weekend, took the inserts out of the door as pictured above resealed them with silicone, and cleaned the drian holes out under the seal on the bottom of the door. worked a treat.

If its the drivers side it won't be the pollen filter. My bets are on the window seal/door seal leaking
