changed engine now fault code :( 17656 ...

hi guys i broke the cam shaft in my asv engine so fitted a ahf both 110 bhp and look the same .. i did the work myself apart from asking my very good mecanic friend to look at some things and fit the cam belt . i took the old engine out spilt the box re fitted the clutch an fly to my new engine fitted all other parts all new oil belts and filters .

now i have a fault code 17656 ... i fitted the asv fuel pump but left on the ahf injectors could this cause this problem   ... tickover sounds nice revs like a bag of s..t  lots of diesl noise no boost to 2500 rpm then after that 100% boost  coan you guys help ? thanks terry

from what i can gather it sounds like the fuel pump timing is out

thanks yea i think you are rite the timeing is out im a little sick of it now as i just want the car to run rite but hopefully it will soon
