ok im on a challenge to eat a heart attack massive burger thing next week.
abit like Man vs Food, im by no means fat (as my BMI and i should like in India fat results thread suggest) but i can eat alot, however this will be too much without at least some preparation and even then i will most likely fail or/and be sick

so im guessing eat loads and then the day of the challenge starve? or is it best to eat in the day before hand stop the stomach going small ??
i know this kind of thing is not excatley good for ones health but whatever lol
