Training to eat a stupid amount of food

ok im on a challenge to eat a heart attack massive burger thing next week.

abit like Man vs Food, im by no means fat (as my BMI and i should like in India fat results thread suggest) but i can eat alot, however this will be too much without at least some preparation and even then i will most likely fail or/and be sick  :sick:

so im guessing eat loads and then the day of the challenge starve? or is it best to eat in the day before hand stop the stomach going small ??

i know this kind of thing is not excatley good for ones health but whatever lol

Ifind if i starve myself before a big meal i will struggle with it as like you say the stomach shrinks abit,i would train by keeping my self full and stretching the stomach over a few days(hang on thats normal for me) then probably eat nothing for about 4 -5hrs before the event

Cant say I've ever tried to eat that much food, but I have Dinner in the evening, then don't eat again until Lunch the following day. I know with myself, that by this time I can smash a small continents worth of sandwiches! My recommendation would be just not to eat that day. Don't drink too much, but keep yourself hydrated. Again personally, I find that I can eat far far more, if I eat quite quickly. Not stupidly quick, as you'll just give yourself gas, but probably quicker than you usually do/should. Apparently it take a couple of minutes for your stomach to tell your brain that your full. This is obviously when you can't eat any more, and you feel like your gonna spew! But that just leaves more room to eat!  :evil:

Drink sh!t loads of water the day before and don't eat for about 24 hours before you attempt the big meal.
The water will stretch your stomach, but passes straight through your system without causing ....backlog.

i did the same sort of thing but was with a apple pie some one ordered it but didnt show at my old local stake house. if i remember i had only had a mars bar all day and a bottle of coke and a bit of popcorn wile watching some chick flick with the mrs. had a smoke the herb kind lol and walked in and wanted somthink sweet and the rest is history.
