Front windscreen smashed,

Took my windscreen out 2day for painting and it smashed in the process,,

Nah my last spare came from a royal blue 5door. Didn't take one out the white gti I broke cos it had a chip in it. And b4 that was your spare martin. But I'm sure I offered u the one out my 5door back. Can't fix em but if u can't get hold of one and get stuick pm me

How do use manage to smash them ?  :laugh: :laugh: feet on the screen and slowly edge it out jobs a goodun no need for fancy tools

 Did exactly that put my foot through the screen.

Whoops.

I also require a screen after paint should anyone have one I'm interested.

I never push them with my feet, unless they're already broken, he slightest nick on the edge of the screen, or a good stonechip, will see it off!
I always feed the rubber out with a blunt, wide, flat blade screwdriver, along the top, ten down both side, never pushing the screen untill I can see daylight through the gap... Never broke one yet :nerd: and I have done LOTS!

Are they easier 2 put back in then,
Dont need a window specialist,
Out of interest how much is a Brand new tinted screen before i purchase a 2nd hand 1, :cool:
