Chips and Remaps

my 16v achieved 154.9 bhp at carbons rolling road day at manchester last october now only things i have done are exhaust custom air feed with cold air feed and cleaned throttle body apparently in the add when i bought it it was said to have a chip on it but i have yet to look and find out so dont know! i am now going for a head rebuild port polish and a custom remap to see what it then makes i think maybe 165 if im lucky

sorry to hijack aswell but tweed iv been thinking of getting some sort of performance cam for my 8v but i no fcuk all about them. any advice on cams and what to get and what i need to go with it? and what one to get? sorry danniboi for the hijack

see ive got miltek cat back,pipercross panel filter just done cambelt,waterpump tensioner and just serviced it aswell just seems F***ing quick pulls and pulls puts a smile on face everytime

same here, from the bad reviews i heard about them i was expecting the worst but it keeps up with all my mates cars and doesnt miss a beat, i love my 16v

Well seeing as a standard 1.8T has 150hp, which is the same as the lighter Mk3, then I'm not surprised. No chance in beating a remapped 1.8T though.
