Haven't you got another toy to find? would have thought you would be topping up the "Chuff's Bored with his Car, need to find another odd ball VAG" fund.

You can't even make this stuff up, the exact same problem has occurred again, client has really messed up again. Minimum of 10-11pm finish by the looks of it.

Made my excuses and got out of the door at 5

I'm on salary too,  but it works both ways.................

Problem is with these government f**k*rs making cuts everywhere, the general public has to work harder to procure customers, but I get to work less!
When there's no fleet left, and you work for the fleet maintenance team, your hands are tied!  :lipsrsealed: Used to have to work 8-4, and quite often weekends too. Then they let us go at 12. Now provided there is nothing on, which invariably there's not, we go at 10!

Meh, screw staying late again, just heard they're still there!

The other half has a job interview so the little one is getting dropped off at my parents for a day to be baby sat.  If I was at work until all hours tonight I wouldn't have got to see her today, or tomorrow when she isn't here.

Family first

Think I need a change in career a 12 hour day is standard with a 50 minute commute one each side. Which sometimes turns to an hour an half! I'm salaried so no overtime/days off in lieu. Leave at 6am get in at 8PM. FML.
