I'm on salary too, but it works both ways.................
Problem is with these government f**k*rs making cuts everywhere, the general public has to work harder to procure customers, but I get to work less!
When there's no fleet left, and you work for the fleet maintenance team, your hands are tied!
Used to have to work 8-4, and quite often weekends too. Then they let us go at 12. Now provided there is nothing on, which invariably there's not, we go at 10!
