No experience of those ones but I've owned some wireless turtle beach x41's for over a year now, for use with xbox but they also market ps3 versions.
Good thing is that I have no cables to worry about, plus headphones allow you to pinpoint sounds much better. Bad thing is they run on 2.4ghz which is the same frequency as your wireless router. My headphones base unit is 5 meters away from the router but I get wifi dropouts because of interference caused by the headphones base unit when switched on. Must remember to switch off base unit when not in use. This doesn't effect audio quality though...
In fact the only audio issue is a constant low-level hiss, apparently common in wireless units, but you only notice it at menus etc when there's little audio playback.
Also, batteries can run out of juice at the most annoying times!
So... Wireless good, but not without it's problems.
