Hi, does fitting a pipercross panel filter make any real difference as I have only recently bought the car which was serviced with new filters. I know what it says on the box but is it proven. I have smoothed the air box and it will be remapped once the exhaust manifold sorted.

Cheers.

Thanks for the reply,

The manifold on mine is cracked so needs to be replaced. Just going to stick to the standard manifold as keeping the standard exhaust.

I have been qouted £160.00 for the job of replacing it, just the labour, a brand new VAG manifold is £252.00.
