if you follow that pipe it goes back to your TIP. It has one way valves in line so won't create a boost leak but could be leaking under vacuum
Do you have any fault codes?
I checked today and I don't have any fault codes at all.
I looked at your "carbon canister delete" thread and seen that you blocked off the part going to the tip, but mine seems different because I can't see how it goes back to the tip. All I see is that it goes underneath the inlet manifold and carries on down below somewhere, unless I have missed something
