Go to a garage and get it scanned, it will cost about £20-30 but at least your know what it is

Give the throttle body a good clean with carb cleaner, at least half a can. Bet that sorts it

Then what wherry said, at least you know its not a sensor issue, have you checked all your vac/breather pipes for leaks?
