It could work but all the power would shift up and I imagine spoolng would take longer. Just cheaper to buy the old s4, V6 and two k03 turbos to boot followed by haldex.  :grin:

f**k it then lol im just thinking of ideas its either do something big on my golf thats slightly mad, by a diesel mk4 and mod it a bit and have it as an all round dailey drive or buy a scooby a car i have want for years

dont know what to choose mad sensible or mad dream lol

Yep, if its what you want and can afford. My mates got a TT RS now nearing a full race engine rebuild.

When I get my next house with a garage I want to build a space framed gt40 mk2. No point dreaming just get it if funds allow, last thing you want is regrets.

yeah thats problem money and regretting i love the golf i think its really nice to drive but i just love the sound of a scooby

tbh i would like a prject car but i dunno what the hell id build lol

IMO nothing beats the sound of a scooby with a big bore exhaust IMO
