Yeah like I said you can attach it to either. Well saying that on a 3 door I couldn't attach it to the door pin rod as it was really short, but on my 5 door I managed it ok? Can't remember if the mechs are different between 3&5 door or if I just squeezed it in somehow on my old driver

Like rain says theres a white plastic finger sticking out the lock where the door pin hooks up to, theres an extra hole for the standard central locking mech which you can use to hook up your motors.
I had to use a creative mounting technique on the rear doors as the pin wasn't long enough to reach the mech on the rear, what I did was to bolt the rod in the kit to a metal coat hanger bent to the right shape and hooked onto the latch on the rear lock, took alot of trial & error to get it in place but it worked fine for over a year!
I even got the petrol flap lock working, I used a stock CL plate and used yet more fiddling and creative use of the mounting bracket to get the actuator in the right place to trigger the lock
