I got mine from http://www.autoeurope.co.uk
2 door kit = £12.50, 4 door kit = £19.95.  Can also get remote kits but they are a bit steep for me!  I've seen em go for £30ish on ebay :)

Yup dead easy, I managed to fit mine without drilling any holes in the door :)

The way it works is you hook the motor up to the door pin or lock mech :)

you dont have to attach them to the pins at all if you look at the locking mech in the door it has 2 white bits one is attached to the inside door handle and the other is normally attached to the pin if you look closer at the pin one youll notice there is 2 holes in it if you attach the central locking to that by bending the steel rods and putting the bend at the central locking solonoid end and not the door lock mech end it works perfect no need to attach it to the pins. i found that the pins got stuck or rubbed the door card cause they was being pulled at an angle only slight but enough to cause the doors to keep opening and closing continuosly.

the kits all come with complete instructions showing you how to do it ill post a pic of the maplin one later today.

Yeah like I said you can attach it to either.  Well saying that on a 3 door I couldn't attach it to the door pin rod as it was really short, but on my 5 door I managed it ok?  Can't remember if the mechs are different between 3&5 door or if I just squeezed it in somehow on my old driver
Like rain says theres a white plastic finger sticking out the lock where the door pin hooks up to, theres an extra hole for the standard central locking mech which you can use to hook up your motors.

I had to use a creative mounting technique on the rear doors as the pin wasn't long enough to reach the mech on the rear, what I did was to bolt the rod in the kit to a metal coat hanger bent to the right shape and hooked onto the latch on the rear lock, took alot of trial & error to get it in place but it worked fine for over a year!

I even got the petrol flap lock working, I used a stock CL plate and used yet more fiddling and creative use of the mounting bracket to get the actuator in the right place to trigger the lock :)

lol i did the same thing on my drivers door cause the lock was damaged when someone broke into the car last year there is only 1 hole and the pin rod was bent into weird angles so i manufactored my own rod from a coat hanger and bent the other rod so it least went up and down ok and attached them before i did this the pin rod went at an angle upwards and would sometimes stick.
