Cheap but ur have to custom fit ur own pipe work.
you will get lag with stage 1 map.  :huh:

The standard vent, yeah. Or get r32 bumper for £109 off ebay and get more flow to the smic.  :smug:

I really have no intention of fitting a FMIC.

Ok, so whedid your stage 1 come from? Honestly unless it was specifically written for your car you'll just have a stock may be off the shelf stage 1 and it'll be written for a big standard car so you adding bits making amicable more efficient will be an almost certain waste of time. Unless you plan on getting a stg2 you wont see any noticeable gains for your hard work
