yea my car is completly standered im reali worried about this my brother gona take a look in a min any hints on were to send him to look ?

White or blue smoke ? if its blue i know . :rolleyes: happened to me.
AGU 1.8T. Mods done: R32 front bumper, turborev smic, ngk platinum spark plugs, uprated pancake pipe, demon motorsport boost hoses, forge 007 dv, forge engine cover, r-tec stage 1 map ,home made cold airfilter ,run on 98 ron fuel and castrol edge 0w 40 oil. Advanti racing alloys.

i think its white smoke only im not to sure as soon as it happend i drove it like a 90yr old lady lol

if its white possible it happened to mine as i picked it up just after the snow had cleared round my way this year
vw golf mk4 ARZ 1.8T pipercross panel filter, xenon headlights, JOMS coilovers, forge 007p with green spring, audi tt anti roll bar, 3inch ebay trubo back exhaust, COOKIES MONSTER STICKER(adds bhp I swear)

its hard unless we know what colour the smoke is mine chucked out white big styely as if the turbo was about to blow turned out to be the MAF
answer these questions and people will be able to help:
smoke colour?
whats it liek on idle?
can you smell it running rich at normal temp?
how much coolant you got?
how much oil have you got?

Take the bottom intercooler pipe off.See what comes out .Oil or water.Mine was oil.
