RNS510 latest map

Hi all,

Without discussing anything to do with acquiring maps etc could someone please tell me what the latest map version is?

I am currently running 7692 and I cannot find anything newer, however I believe this is at least 6 months out of date, possibly longer. How often are map updates released?

As far as I am aware 7692 is still the latest release (7693 is also about but is 7692 including the european speed cameras)

Does that mean mines out of date already as mines 7690?

Sorry, I think 7690 is the latest official release, 7692/3 seem to be custom ones with Speed camera databases already installed.

How did you acquire 7692? Did you update your RNS to it or was it already running that version from new?

Yeah they show as POI and you have to activate them. Like you mine disappeared as well. Not sure if its a bug or something but I've been keeping my eye on it the last few months and this time they've not disappeared.
Is no great hassle to reactivate them again on the RNS once you know where the setting is.
