those will be fine mate, you may need a length of 3mm pipe to go from the new DV location to the inlet manifold again too

IMO all these test should be part of the the remap to make sure the car is fit to tune.    A good cheap smoke tester is around £500, pressure tester £30 and the main on a tourch to do visual inspections.

If you can log blocks 025 this will show whats really going on.

Not a good idea,  have you seen how restrictive the relocation pipe is?


I dont know what the relocation pipe is.  :laugh: :embarassed: Just a thought, as I have the same baileys valve and want to put the standard back on for now in the easiest way. Is it possible to just blank off the location of the baileys valve once its removed?

nick the phone call i had with you was great help thanks  i am going to buy and put the 007p where it should be for a start and change the intercooler pipe + buy the pipes needed to put the 007p in the stock postion and take it from there the guy who mapped it will run it again for me and log it for free so lets hope doing the bit first helps if not the log should show whats going on
