Coilover Question - FK HighLine
« on: 26 May 2012, 23:13 »
Hello,

The other day I hit a pot hole and snapped the N/S/F spring.  Is there any place where you can just buy a new spring

Cheers

Called Venom and they have confirmed that you have to go direct to FK.

They also advised that they want to be able to ge the parts but cant get them off FK

Awesome also advised the same thing.

Odd, not that long ago that they got some bits for a friend from FK. Saying that, he does like going round for a brew . Failing that, Im pretty sure you can order direct from their website (FK's that is).

I can only assume a pot hole!! Birmingham is shocking for them!! And if your heavy on the right foot its like the Lombard rally sometime!!

I can see the bottom of the main coil has gone where it tapers off.

I’m struggling to get anything out of FK. So I think I will get Boge Turbo's and Eibach Springs next week.

Yes I managed to navigate google to locate that website.

Each part has a number listed which is suited to its respective car. This is because of compression and rebound rates.

The Mk2 is FK1767 This is not listed on the web site so im emailing them to obtain it which is proving difficult.
