Well good news and bad news, Good news is it didnt fail on anything i cant handle. Bad news is it failed on;

o/s front brake pipe (between caliper and flexi) has a kink possibly from a knock at somepoint so needs replacing

handbrake efficency too low, have tighted up the cable quite a bit and feels good but is hard to tell?

and lastly combined braking efficency was too low, possibly linked to the brake pipe and due to the fact i dont think the new pads have been bedded in fully yet. Will also completely re-bleed the system as it feels a little spongy(need 2 rear drum bleed nipples)

All in all not bad for its first test in 5 years

Make sure youve got your rear shoes adjusted properly. Seen afew people adjust those not enough which wil cause the spongyness.

Looks real enough to me and will be a lot of fun.

Shouldn't have bothered with the re-spray - Land Rovers look better with patina.

Make sure you know the law around driving rights of way before you go green-laning.  Lots to come unstuck on.
Just because you're offended doesn't make you right.
