Rubbish, the will fix it and you'll be happy as larry when it's back. Don't let it spoil the car for you.
Well guys it's been over three weeks now since I took my Ed 35 in and it's been there ever since!!! Basically they've tried lots of different things and lots of different parts but without success. Anyway I have an appointment at the dealers tomorrow when I'm going to officially reject the car Having the car for 176 miles and 2 days before it goes wrong like this is totally out of order and I really think that 3+ weeks should be more than enough time to get this sorted out!
oooh nasty, when my car had to go back on day one, it was just a sensor fault. Been happy as ever since. If you waited a while for it, might be worth the dealer giving you something back...... before you think of rejecting it.Just a thought.
Oh dear it must be bad if they have not fixed it yet. I agree rejecting the car now will allow you to start again and decide on your options. I rejected a Polo GTI 6R last year due to problems with the engine, best decision I made about that particular car. Both dealer and VW were happy to support me and gave me options to replace like for like, change to another model or walk away. I ordered the ED35
