How much does an R32 swap in a mk3 cost????

hi all as the titles say^^

Iv had a search around the forum but havnt had much luck, so including engine, ecu, loom etc all included plus labour?
also i was wondering how much would a mk3 with a R32 swap already done cost? in decent enough condition?
the reason i ask this is because i am looking to undertake this swap so if it costs more to do the swap my self and less to buy it already done and vice versa, then i'll make a decision if i wanna wait for some one selling it or just do it my self.

oh and also how much would it cost to do a 4 wheel conversion on a non syncro mk3 so i can have 4 wheel on the mk3 instead of front wheel!!
that is a major priority!!

my brother was looking into putting 4motion running gear and lump into mk3 and he gave up on that idea as the amount of work is nuts.

iv been searching on every vw forum in the world and seriosly, iv found no one who has done an r32 swap with awd in a mk3!!
what the heck is going on!!
and all the info is all over the place there is no one who accualy knows how to do it and what parts are involved in doing it, its making me really baffled!!

from what iv gathered off loads of other forums is the parts list is not accurate and nobody says you need blah blah blah without sarcastically adding good luck and its gonna cost £936278562829373.00!! i will post you guys my engine swap once done anyway shouldnt be too long now hopefully, but if anyone has any info and i mean any accurate info please let me know it would be much appreciated!

probably due to the lack of ppl with tens of thousands of pounds who are willing to throw it away and never get it back

I would imagine it would be cheaper to get a mk3 synchro imported and then drop a 32lump into that. That how I would do it if a customer wanted it doin.

also coz R32s are slow unless you wack a turbo on = £££
