How much does an R32 swap in a mk3 cost????

I would imagine it would be cheaper to get a mk3 synchro imported and then drop a 32lump into that. That how I would do it if a customer wanted it doin.

This would be the only way, to start cutting floorpans = ballache with the dvla.

Or if you're good with a hacksaw you can try this... Know its a Mk1 but principle will be similar...

I suppose anything can be done given enough time/money/expertise, would be an awesome project if you could get it off the ground.

as said earlier.......dvla are funny about changing the cars structure, so a 4wd conversion would be a no-no!.

you would need to start with a syncro and add the engine onto that (several people have done a rhd conversion onto a vr6 syncro)

rhd conversion onto a vr6 syncro is definitely the best way to go about this then start thinking about whats under the bonnet.
