Need some help!

1.6 cl golf mk3  keep cutting out when you drive and stop engine know that it could be its doing my nut in help me thank

  that's a big help from you dumbo its stop cutting out as if you dum ass

do you mean it drives ok but when you stop it cuts out?
if so does it do it more when the car is warmed up to running temp?

right ok so it starts but the engine cuts out when driving?
does it idle without cutting out?
what is the normal situation when it cuts out?

It got a new idle in it  goes up and down on idle then rev up on its own and cuts on idle but I am driving it mate it just shut down then it takes along time two restart the car mate

so the car is running fine but the engine cuts out when you are driving or when you drop to idle ?  because you say engine is cutting  out when you "drive and stop engine"  doesn't quite make sense i think i know what you mean does it cut out cleanly or does it splutter then die ?
