I've just lowered mine on eibach sportlines, which is meant to be 45-50mm front, 35 mm rear.

front looks around 40, 45, rear hasn't lowered at all, infact nsr hasn't at all which looks odd as my cars pointing down and looks gash. so i've ordered 60mm rear springs to fit. and then fit polo top mounts to the front to level it out and uprate the shocks in due course.  all my bushes are polly.

Don't bother with Polo top mounts mate, PSI tuning have just started stocking some poly top mounts which do the same job and they cost about the same

Wazzzer I'm lowered on -40mm koni springs and same shocks as you but your rear sits lower than mine.

nothing mate, not even the missus

I found the fronts sat higher on my JOMs so I got some poly top mounts to lower it by another 10mm and it sits perfect now

The VW ones will be made by Eibach or H & R as a guess.

Wazzer yours looks smart as at that height, very practical compared to sitting on the wheels !
