They have two for sale and more importantly a  38k mile mk1 campaign ..... They do know how to add a bit to the price though... At least with 8v you won't need to have your winkle shortened to 16v size :grin:

I have been a car salesman for the last 5 years.
this car has been with them for a while but where else could you find a car with that kind of mileage and in that condition.
As always we all think our cars are worth more than what they are but the cars are only worth what somebody will pay for them.
Would you rather buy a 1 owner full service history car that has been meticulously restored to its former glory
or as I have just bought a 6 owner 137k car that has had the loom chopped to pieces.

I would love the money to be able to buy this car and not have to deal with the issues of my current car and kinda start from new

Whats your thoughts???

i think that you need to checl cars a bit better before purchasing if this is owt to go by

Hi everyone,
I'm Stephen I bought my first GTi last night starts runs goes really well actually.
It gets a bit dark then starts to rain then I discover that I have NO headlights, NO wipers, No heater and the electric windows don't work.
Other than that its wicked So if you don't mind me joining in I may need your help.

Too many people see them as cheap bling... In a few years time original unmolested will be worth bucks hopefully...
