Sorry forgot to mention asit stands at moment
Stage 2 APR map
3" APR d/p with sports cat,
milltek system,
tyrosport smic with fully vented arch
forge tip
forge actuator
Blox race filter with volecity stacks
water/meth inj
Currently running at 231bhp before forge actuator fitted.

i got told by r-tech a FMIC is a must if you want to make the most out of your ko3s........btw shaft69 were have you got your Water/Meth nozzle placed? reason i ask ive just brought the devils own kit and dont no were best to put it

Nozzles can be fitted in boost hose 3 different ways mines the 1st one screw into alloy pipe, 2nd is screwed into devilsown jet holder and 3rd using 2 washers either side of hose and tighten. Think my ways best, but up to you really.

Many thanks! I'm just trying to decide which turbo setup to go for once the engine is bedded in. Hopefully it'll be shiny too

Tbh your pretty much getting to the limits of the Ko3s anyways with 230/240bhp.

I wouldnt really hunt for much more with that turbo. I've been there and done this with my old Anni and worked it to the safe limit.

If you want more power then fit a K04-020, your see 270 with that pretty easy.

Not in any way standard :) Dyno Dynamics RR - 280bhp

230-240bhp out of the ko3s easy, there is one guy pushing 248bhp, just imagine if he had water/meth injection 250-260bhp

Was speaking to my mate's mate works at turbo centre he can hybrid my turbo k03s for £450, put in thicker shaft replaces one of the wheels and other replaces with more agressive wheel. Says far better than k04-001 and stronger. Was telling what wheel they change and flows of turbo forgot most of it after 5mins knew his stuff.

yeah it was me.

248bhp and 300lbft lbft potential torque (ran 297lbft once on R-tech dyno)

Water meth and vernier pulley with a set of forged rods  and ported OEM exh. manifold will be added when rebuild.

Engine still runs spot on ;)
