get the mk4 to drive into the back of a mk3 it wont damage it much that way had an idiot woman in a land rover go into rear of my old k reg gl mk3 and all it done was push boot in and slightly ripple floor o and made bumper look like wings lol but not bad for a 4x4 impact at 30 for mine bein at standstill the mk3s were pretty advanced with safety when brought out
