decoding used ecu who does it??

Going to buy used ecu is dealer only one who can decode it so work on my car?? Anyone know?? Thanks.

If you can find someone local with Vag K+ Commander, you can fit the new ECU to the car then read the SKC from it using the software, once you have that it can be coded in with VCDS :afro:
