The fronts are pure perfection right now! I have always been more of an arch on lip rather than a tucking rim kinda guy, but those rears look uber cool like that! if only the way a way to make them tuck in when you wanted and touch arch as well, like hydrolic camber adjustment lol............

Now that's a idea dan!! Arch to lip ftw always!!!

Get ready for the worst picture update ever

Wow wishbone bushes

There is more tho. Went and see Matt last week and work will be starting again on the 3. I have however added to the list of things needed doing.

After reading through dougs (trix) intire build thread the other day and wanting to make sure my mk3 will last the test of time n look good I've decided to replace and powder coat as much as possible underneath the car. Wishbones, fuel tank straps, rear beam, hubs, brake discs and surrounds among other parts will be powder coated in Harley Davidson crackle like my wheels. Calipers will be striped and rebuilt and then powder coated red just like they did from the factory. New wheel bearings, discs, pads and wishbone poly bushes will go in place. Car will be completely undersealed aswell. The underneath will be perfect and will last for years. Just what's needed for a future daily!!!

More soon

Good work mate.

As for tank straps.Have you thought about making them in stainless steel? They are very simple to make and i shall be making a set for mine in the next month or so.Can always knock another set up for you.
