Sorry got the link, what I shoudl have said has anyone found one apart from the seat dealers?

Ones ive found arnt an exact match for the part number ?

Ie ebay, motor factors etc

You're unlikely to find one, on the basis that it's self-adjusting, so lasts a long time and also from a small number of cars.

Be interested to hear if you find one to fit, cheaper than original.

on a converison note I think I may have found a clutch cable for a fraction of the seat one. will find out on Monday

Great news.  I'm aware a 1.3 clutch cable is supposed to fit, which would be a lot cheaper as it's non-self-adjusting.

I've not tried one myself, but if it *is* that cable you may find it's a bit short for the application, as the actuator bracket points the cable backwards and flat in the engine bay vs the 1.3, which is vertical.

Its nopt a 1.3 one as although they might work, I dont think they work well enough!

Will know on Monday when it arrives. Just the downpipe to order now and the immo remove from the transplant car and we will be all systems go

I use the 1.3 cable clutch no problems here also the 1.3 speedo cable
