I had a terrible nights sleeps as well    I went to bed at 10.30am and didn't get off to sleep until 3am as my stomach felt sore, bloated and queasy. I'm not sure if this is a tummy bug or not. Had this on and off for a few days now. Although I must admit I did over indulge yesterday as I felt fine during the day.

I'm still feeeling bloated today. I've not eaten anything as yet. I'm just drinking loads of water to try and purge the system.... Agghhh

Well I went to the GP today and as I expected, bloody useless.

She's put me on a 4-5 month trial of Beconase aqueous nasal spray, because she thinks it might be allergy related  I've got this 365 days a year 24/7, never had an allergy in my life, this is NOT allergy related but the NHS are reluctant to spend money and send me to a hospital to have my adenoids checked out. If only I had done this years ago as my friend did, he got his checked out immediately and removed.

Rubbish.

Only reason I got sorted was due to getting private health through work.

Might be worth joining a scheme just to get this sorted?

Get some medication with the breathing issue.

Don't sleep on your back. Also a pillow might be causing the problem.

Diet? Weight problem?

Read up on sinus.

I did, some nasal spray for allergies. I sleep in all positions through the night, and I can't control in which one I sleep in, my sleeps are very deep. No weight problem, diet is good.

The GP gave me some info on Rhinitis, which also contains info on Sinusitis and Nasal Polyps. From reading the description of each one of the problems I think Nasal Polyps best describes my symptoms, however she told me she couldn't see any up there. As I said, NHS are trying to save money by making me buying some £8 nasal spray for allergies (which I don't have any) and not booking me in with the hospital to get my adenoids checked out. That's bought the NHS 5 months of me buying £8 sprays and not getting seen at the hospital. The GP I use is really annoying me now, my mum has recurring migraines which completely take over her and our doctor just says plenty of paracetamol will do   We need to change surgery, there's a better one down the road.

Ahh right, yeah I will do. Probably won't go down that route though, strapped for cash at the moment
