dave, saw mention of saving for an LSD. what box are you running and what diff are you opting for? i am hoping to do this to my 02a next year.

Was going 02A, but 02J now, believe that if you buy a LSD for 02A, will fit 02J and vice-versa though..

Whatever I fancy at the time when the money is there i guess

Which meant he wasn't in the way, so I could crack on. 



Tab removed from bracket and 02A bolts to mount.



Definitely fits in the 'ole, on the G3 mounts:



Needs at least one joint on the steering column replaced, or the shear joint thingamy released as the G3 rack is fine spline, the G2 column is coarse spline.

The other issue that needs addressing is how the G4 shifter bolts up into the G2 shell.

Then we need to figure the intercooler pipework.

So, should be sorted shortly, as I'm sure Dave has been pushing on with the loom.
