Almost all drivers are pretty good.  It's the uninsured shortarse boys with their small heads, baseball caps and beady eyes that can't drive very well.  They could be in any brand of car (often VW's round here).

I have to say that SAAB drivers tend to be the most arrogant out of all drivers and as previously stated the vxr corsa group seem to thack the little 1.6 to the max. Thats around my area newayz.

Used to love it when dad had his old s4 4.2 v8 with sports cat and miltek was stealth until you made the exhaust note step up loved the faces on the little scrotums :D

According to that nice Mr Clarkson on Top Gear, Saab owners are better educated than any drivers of any other make, they are also the most contented, so maybe they are just smug, not arrogant.

Audi drivers I agree,in Bolton, the Audi garage is part of the same complex as VW.I had popped in to sign a fixed price service deal and on my way out was a white A3 right up my ar8e.The  lights turned to red and I naturally stopped. The pr1ck started beeping his horn and indicating I should of gone through.I wouldn't care but even if I had sneaked through,he wouldn't have got through legally. One time I would have given him grief but nowadays it's best to just laugh your head of at these idiots. It annoys them more.

I've had two Saabs and the wife still has her 93 convertible. We are neither smug (because they're fairly average cars) nor arrogant (we have nothing to be arrogant about for the previously stated reason). I would quite like to think I'm intelligent though (I have two degrees from the late 80s/early 90s when they were worth the paper they were written on). Clarkson was saying that Saabs were driven by architects and more cerebral types (my university tutor had an old 99, for example) and you generally don't find Saab drivers stuck a foot from your rear bumper like you do with Audis.
The thing I liked about them was that they were a bit individual, not just another German clone. I know the German cars were better technically, I just liked the style of Saabs. I still think it's a great shame they went under and will be replaced by just more Audis that all look exactly the same.

Just been to France for a week and the only idiots on the roads were two Audi drivers (A4 Avants) storming up behind me with their lights flashing, probably shouting 'Get out my way you Ros Beef's'.

The ED35 got a lot of admiring looks from other drivers and thumbs up
