Been reading a few posts . Does the forge actuator bolt strait to the k03s VIA same mounting points ? Bloody wants to for 100 beans . I know Dave iow had a bit trouble that's all
Gone but still keeping a close eye on it...

Mk4 golf 1.8t AUM Hybrid K03s. Custom Mapped by R-tech to 260bhp. CR hybrid turbo Audi TT injectors / fuel pump, Forge tip,THS FMIC,Carbonio CAI, Full milltek turbo back, N249 bypass, Fully poly bushed, Weitec coils. Genuine R32 front bumper and Genuine R-line rear, Genuine Porsche twists, Anniversary black interior.

I ve fitted two , one on my daily and one on the Anni, both had different brackets to each other,(forge actuator) and both wasn't a straight fit, but with a bit of drilling/modding they fitted,
Think they come with 3 to4 different brackets .
Forge do send out replacements for them,

blame Borg Warner, they're the ones that kept changing the positions on the holes lol

the one i fitted to my old k03s was a straight fit. Your old actuator comes off by undoing the 3 bolts that hold its bracket to the turbo and the 1 nut that holds it in place on the wastegate arm. then fitting is the forge one was the reverse of that. simples.

Paul there are 3 different brackets I think, Chris had this problem when he fitted his. I got lucky like you though lol

yeh guess i did drop lucky then. I know the K03 bracket is different.

Jonny - Did you get the spring kit aswell? I used the red spring in my old one

Yes mate, i had problems as the bracket would not fit the KO3s it was going on, nor the KO3 i took off..

I drilled 2 holes into the standard bracket it hink (cheers Wes  :afro: and mounted it on the standard bracket..

I fear i will have to do the same again to the 001 although its not that much of a hardship tbh..
