anyone run polo top mounts? if so how much did they lower car by and do they work ok?

sure wazzer used these and iirc about 10mm mate

I use supersport top mounts but basically give the same result

Lowering Spring caps are a good idea, I have used them in the past all ok.

I am running them with standard Anni stuff, no problems . Think they only 30quid , I only put them on as my standard one were knackered

just fitted one of the polo top mounts does this look right, should there be a lip that comes through the strut?
