its more of looking for weak pipes, so its well worth giving your car a good going over your self, comon one is under the inlet manifold, the oil breather, its prone to splits

yeah nikis loved mapping it! dont wana give it back  i pick it up saterday  cant wait
with this oil breather split will the car lose power or boost??

my apologies for my limited mechanical knowledge, but does anyone have a picture, or able to do a picture to highlight which pipes are in question for me please? any recommendations on replacement pipes (if any are split) - stick with OEM or after market?

is it best to sort the forge 008 (or 007p) and panel filter prior to the visit? i have noticed that they sell both components there so would they fit those at the same time?

Si

they recommend pipercross panel filter and smoothed airbox although that wont really matter and at least a 007. I'd recommend a 008. its up to you what you wanna do but if your gonna get it mapped and want to maintain your car then fitting a catch can might be a good idea, this will rid you of all the oil breather system and ensure you will stay leak free
there is a guide somewhere about fitting the catch can.

Rtech FTW.

I had map a couple of month ago and there was an issue with overboost, dare I say any other tuner may of just thrown a stock map on it and left it overboosting where as Rtech advised me and then mapped the car accordingly so it didn't go pop...well not as yet!  :lipsrsealed:
