Remove and re connect the oil sensor plug?? I dunno that's the best I can think of!!!!

where is the oil sensor plug as there seems to be loads of sensors round that area  :undecided:  :smiley:


 i drive a golf thats why im skint!!!!

remove the catch can, put back to standard . sorted . :wink: you must of fitted it wrong .  :nerd: If it was fine before fitting something thats your problem.  :laugh:
AGU 1.8T. Mods done: R32 front bumper, turborev smic, ngk platinum spark plugs, uprated pancake pipe, demon motorsport boost hoses, forge 007 dv, forge engine cover, r-tec stage 1 map ,home made cold airfilter ,run on 98 ron fuel and castrol edge 0w 40 oil. Advanti racing alloys.

That is the level sensor, oil pressure sender is on the filter housing, check around the filter housing and see if you have knocked a plug off.

was thinking of it but hacked the old system up as it was falling apart with corrosion thats why catch can was installed  :grin:

+1, or damaged the wiring, failing that there must be something wrong with the install, or a massive co-incidence.

In my experience, it will be something daft  :grin:
