rough running and hesitation on cold

Hi every cold morning I start the car, it idles just over 1k, little rough and when moving off its a little hesitant. Throttle body cleaned not long ago and its brand new maf from vw. What else could it be? With maf unplugged it runs no issues

I had this issue and i changed 2 things Coolant sens. and throttle body.
when i 1st changed the temp sens. the car ran great but ticked over high over 1.2k
changed the TB all back to normal.
1st Have you checked for fault codes ?
but i  i would say change TS 1st go for an OEM one not a cheap one then see how it runs.
Maybe someone else might also have some ideas.

runs fine with maf unplugged. also coolant temp sensor is new, scanned and no codes at all :undecided:
