i have some of these at home

http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_storeId_10001_catalogId_10151_productId_196491_langId_-1_categoryId_255216

not sure if theyd work on normal nuts/how rounded yours are.

after using a socket if thats not working only thing i can really think of is welding another wheel bolt head onto the rounded one,  however ive seen some nasty damage done on peoples alloys when theyve tried that.

could also try knocking a notch into it to make it like a slotted head screw, but that would be a last resort as if it didnt work then the head of the bolt would be buggard and proberbly weak.

or drill a  5 or 6 mm hole in the centre, put in a large torx bit and hammer it in, worked when one of my wheel nuts was so buggard we had to snap it off and were only left with the threaded part inside the hub.
