Tried it yesterday they all came back, i'll try again when i've got a new maf fitted and crank shaft sensor

I'm more than happy with the remap though made 232.8 bhp with standard smic and standard cat back exhaust!

ARZ with k03s, ebay 3" downpipe and decat, creation motorsports silicone tip, pipercross panel filter and forge 007p

232.8 bhp and 217lb/ft they said they kept the torque quite low on purpose think because of the smic and told me really i need to get a fmic

LNo the switch tells the ECU to cut the revs when changing gear. My cousins Galaxy had a clutch switch which was knackered and it just sounded like he couldn't drive as the revs just stayed up there lol

when your car is warmed up, plug the maf back in, it will start up then.  btw anyone no the average lifespan for a maf? people seem to get through 1 a week on here!?

Already tried that when i was having trouble getting it started the other night sat in a petrol station, once it's started it runs and idles fine.
would driving with the maf unplugged and a dodgy crankshaft sensor cause any damage to the engine?

no, the default lookup tables in the ecu will keep air/fuel ratio safe enough with the maf unplugged (assuming that is the only faulty part on the fuel side of things). 99.9% certain the crank sensor is causing your warm start issues. That shouldn't cause any damage since as soon as the ecu see's an implausible signal from the sensor it cuts the ignition. When they begin to fail they tend to start showing symptoms once the oil temp is above around 70 degrees.
