Injector seals are easy, I did mine on my ARZ. I spent the day taking the inlet manifold out and polishing it as it it was hanging from all the leaking fuel

inlet mani is easy to get off, takes about 20mins. The seats wind out, make sure you use some decent fuel/oil resistant sealant when you put the new ones back in. The injector O rings just roll off the injectors but be careful of the pintles (where the fuel sprays out)

I painted my inlet mani with a pot of high temp satin black paint from Halfords and brushed it on, came out quite nice in the end

All I did in the way of prepping the inlet mani was too degrease it and then a quick going over with a wire brush, paint is still there with no flaking off after nearly 2 years now

The seats that fit in the manifold are dealer only mate, you won't need o rings as your injector kit had new ones. Just give me a shout whenever mate and pop round
