Rough running! - update further help??

Suffering power loss and stuttering in 3rd gear as I accelerate around 30-40mph, any ideas???

Have you had it scanned? First thing I'd go at would be a throttle body clean. Get it scanned if you can.

It's dropped to about 28mpg now from 32ish before. does idle funny as I stop at junctions or first start it up but only for about 5-10 seconds drops up and down between 600-900rpm then sorts itself out.

If Was maf will go down to like 15mpg mate so may not be that.. Sounds like you just need throttle body clean as rhyso said.. Easy job :smiley:

Update - cleaned the throttle body yesterday which was filthy, resulted in sorted idling and massive noticeable difference in throttle response etc BUT under heavy acceleration in 3rd or hitting 80mph it now stutters then misfires !!!! Any ideas anyone???? Oh and the boost pressure has gone fr 18psi to nearly double that!!!!!! Help lol
