Creaking door seals

I recently cleaned all my door seals and treated them with Gummi Pflege but now the doors creak really really really badly!  i've tried cleaning it off with apc but no joy, i'm sure the doors shouldn't move around as much as they do but thats another story, can someone recommend something to put on the seals to stop the creaking please?

If you have some tfr get some on a microfibre and wipe round which should help remove anything you have put on previous. Then go over with a clean microfibre to remove tfr residue.

i got a gummi pfege stift thing too and it made no difference really.

Literally 5 minutes ago i've sat in every seat in the car and poked, pushed, pulled all 4 doors, i've now found thats it's the off side rear door which is making a majority if not all of the noise, it seems to be able to move around an alarming amount!!

I think a trip to the dealers is in order before my nan falls out the car!!!

Is there much adjustment in the hinge or latch?

yeah you can adjust the strike pin to pul the door into the body more

The moral of this story is, you should have got a three door!

I know that this is starting to go off topic but i went to the dealer yesterday for this and they were next to useless and weren't really bothered, so next question, what type of bit would i need for this? I know it's an 8mm and not a torx but what is it?
