did any of the AGU's come with the KO3s turbo? I'm picking up a W reg (march 2000) car on sunday and wondered if it might have a 3s??

All AGU's are k03 unless the owner has upgraded it.

Right, I have the chance to buy a 3 door ARZ 2000 reg for a grand so i'm hoping this will get me started.

Question is, can you fit the bigger ported AGU head to an ARZ or is it more hassle than its worth?

I'm assuming that the ARZ comes with a K03s turbo and not just the K03?

I'm looking for something that has the potential for around 240bhp and 280lb/ft so will be shopping for parts once i've picked it up. If anyone has something I can use then PM me :)

AGU- More basic then the aum auq etc-less likely to go wrong Im not a 20vt AGU driver :rolleyes:

Ok mate thanks. Think i'll still go with it as its cheap and I have a limited budget,  just wondered what sort of power I can expect with a turbo swap, tip, de-cat and exhaust and decent map.

200 - 235 bhp depends if you wanna go stage 2 then and boost hoses and a few other bits  will be needed

Rio, your gti looks similar to the one i'm considering but without the mods. What sort of power are you getting from yours and if you could do anything different what would it be?

191 bhp and 202 lb torque but I had boost leaks etc... Since then I done everything in my sig other than filter, dsg and dv so I would change getting the map done till after all the mods were done as it doesn't run as well as it should do.... Needs a little tweak!!!

still makes my ARZ look slow but soon all will change first thing first i gotta sort out the boost leaks pissing me off now  :angry:
