Minimum speed you'll get done is 57mph, as the minimum enforceable with a laser camera in a van is 10% + 2mph. If you think you were doing 53mph then it's unlikely. However, you say yourself you weren't concentrating, and depending on the type of camera being used you could have been caught up to 1000 metres away.

That way you'll know if you were even over the limit.

Doubt you'll find anywhere in the country that prosecutes at 10% +1. 10% +2 is the legal minimum for forces to prosecute at. 10% + 1 and you should be ok wherever you are in this country from a camera in a van
