I can't see a breather filter on my car. Where is it located if it was one. I have a 2000 Golf 1.8T.

AGU is cable operated throttle and a k03 turbo,AUM is drive by wire and has a k03s turbo.an AGU has stronger internals ull get 190 -200 bhp with a mapped agu,and 200-215 bhp with a mapped aum with standard turbo's.the engine code is on sticker under carpet in boot next to spare wheel or if u remove engine cover is stamped on front left hand side.

Well that's a big insight. Cheers. So AUM is better to have or both have pros and cons?

pros and cons for both mate you could have a big debate on whats better lol.coil packs are a lot better on an AGU can tell you that for certain lol.

Put a k03s on an AGU cant go wrong same fitment, can hold boost a bit higher and for longer on a k03s.
